Irish Potato Cake
Cream together :
2 C sugar
3/4 C butter
4 eggs
Add:
1 C mashed potatoes
1/2 C milk
1 Bar German's Sweet Chocolate-melted
Sift and add:
1/4 t nutmeg 1/2 t salt
1/2 t allspice 2 t baking powder
1t cinnamon 2 C shifted flour
Fold in 1 C walnuts. Bake in two 9" greased pans at 350 for about 30 minutes.
Ice with favorite vanilla frosting.
