Christmas Rum Balls
1 1/2 C finely crushed chocolate wafers
1.2 C sifted powdered sugar
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1/4 C light corn syrup
3T rum
1/2 t grated orange peel
1/4 C powdered sugar
Combine all but the last ingredient. Roll into balls and roll in powdered sugar. Best if allowed to age a week or two before Christmas.
